Childlike Curiosity

The Spirit of the Children is with us all

For the Spirit of the Children comes to call

When you want to skip, when you want to dance

And also, when you are completely entranced with something you cannot explain

For the childlike curiosity is there

You don’t question the majesty; you soak it all in

And you wonder

And then you skip and dance some more, you walk barefoot over the core of the earth

 

Just Because

For you somehow know it’s the way to go

You like to roll down the hill just because

You love to jump in puddles just because

You love the feeling of raindrops on your skin just because

Yes, my dears that childlike spirit is within all of you

 

Adulthood

Now some of you may call out the word RESPONSIBILITY

As in you feel you must be responsible at all times

You must demonstrate responsibility at all times

Yes, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, and all those in between, responsibility is something you glean in adulthood, but your Childlike Spirit lives on

Now within that Childlike Spirit you can be rest assured there are many questions

 

 All the Answers

You hear a sound you do not recognize you ask

You see a sight you do not recognize you ask

You taste a food you do not recognize you ask

You smell a smell you do not recognize you ask

Now some adults feel they are tasked with having all the answers

No, my dears we would like to send a message through to you, you, do not need to have all the answers

For that Childlike Spirit that lives within you

 

Imaginary World

Also needs to not have all the answers

For that imaginary world is full

Not only does that Childlike Spirit love to sing and dance that Childlike Spirit loves to

 Prance through the Ether

For my dears, we want to make it perfectly clear, your childlike self can still connect

You never ever lose that aspect

 

Unthinkable

Now that Childhood Spirit that lives in all of you

Would like to always be able to pursue the clarity of the skies

They would also like to breathe in fresh air

They would also like to eat till their tummy is full

They would also like to drink water that is drinkable

For without those things this world will seem to them unthinkable

That Childlike Spirit lives within all of you

 

More and More

 That Childlike Spirit loves to laugh

That Childlike Spirit occasionally cries

That Childlike Spirit screams loud with anger

That Childlike Spirit loves to say ahhhh

That Childlike Spirit loves to get up and dance

That Childlike Spirit loves to sing at the top of their lungs

That Childlike Spirit loves to explore

That Childlike Spirit wants more and more

 

Urge to Care

Now knowing that that Childlike Spirit lives within all of you, it gives each one of you, the responsibility of allowing that Childlike Spirit to live on

For within that Childlike Spirit is the urge to care

And within that Childlike Spirit is the urge to share with another

For my dears, it is in the sharing, the air feels better

 For within that sharing there is caring,

But there is also healing energies that happen in a reciprocal manner

For it is your intent that goodness be sent through to another

Well, my dears, you will discover that goodness you are sending out, that healing you are sending out

Is like a shout back to you

 

Curiosity and Fear

Yes, ladies and gentlemen that Childlike Spirit of curiosity, that Childlike Spirit of fear

Let us be clear fear is something that can be smoothed over, not ignored

For some suggest face your fears

We suggest embrace your fears

For your fears are part of you

For your fears sometimes can be the director in your life

Fear is part of your life, but not all of it

 

Little Grin Grows

Just like joy, try to employ joy

Envision a child with that little grin

That little grin grows and grows

And from that little grin comes a chuckle

And from that chuckle it grows to laughter

The joy of the smile, the joy of the chuckle, the joy of the laughter

Yes, you can feel it, it’s there it’s a welcome smile, it’s there it’s a welcome chuckle, it’s there it’s a welcome laughter

Yes, my dears embrace that joy as it embraces you

It helps so much to change your view

For the love of a child is like nothing else

 

She Continues

Therefore, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, and the youth, the children, the babies and those who have not yet arrived, we would suggest you allow yourself to be embraced by

The one and only Hive Mother

For the one and only Hive Mother is Mother Earth

You all have been birthed on Mother Earth

Her love for you is immense

And in many ways your Childlike Spirit comes from her

Now her life and your life can appear like a blur, for once we are all gone, she continues

Therefore, my dear let’s make it perfectly clear allow that Childlike Spirit to live on

For we are all the children of Mother Earth

 

 Question Without Judgement

Take that Childlike Spirit by the hand and walk over the land, breathe in the air, run your fingertips across the grasses, hug a tree, allow yourself to float in the water, walk barefoot, question without judgement

And think of how you can share with another

And you will uncover that sharing with another will bring out that Childlike Spirit within you

Therefore, no matter how much money you carry with you, no matter how many possessions you have, that Childlike Spirit lives on

 

Roll out the Carpet

And when you are gone another child will take your place

Therefore, as you lace up your shoes, as you lace up your boots

Think of what you might want to leave behind, for those children

Take the kind side of your childlike self and roll out the carpet as best you can

For you come from a land of givers, you come from a land of sharers

And remember when you give, when you share

You don’t lay your cupboards bare what you do instead is you fill up your cupboards full to the top

Therefore, when you share, you take care of that Childhood Spirit within you

 

That Side of You

So do you dare to share

Do you dare to look out for another, do you dare to look out for her, do you dare to look out for another, do you dare to discover that side of you
