For one provides you a foundation, the other provides you the air that you breathe

For the foundation of all, calls out to you

 

Giving

We are a giving sort

But know that all we ask for is balance

Yes, my dears we want to make it perfectly clear just because the Stone People are everywhere

Does not mean that we feel comfortable sharing all of us with you

For without some of us there would be no view

Therefore, my dears we want to make it perfectly clear, we are willing to share with you

But we also want you to take care of us

 

Middle Earth

Yes, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, and those in between the Earth is our scene

For we come from middle earth

And every so often we birth more of our kind

 

Bold Old and Wise

Well ladies and gentlemen upon your foundation the Standing Ones are there as well

There is a mixture of us, some of us bold and old and wise

And some of us it should come as no surprise are the youth

And then again there are the seedlings

We are all important stages

But it may come as some surprise to you that our elders are viewed with great respect

For they carry with them the wisdoms of the past, the present, and the future

Therefore, my dears we would like you to be in on a secret, it is important that you

leave some of us in place

For we have a vital role

For in many ways, we are the Oracles of our kind

Therefore, it is of utmost importance that we be respected as such

And with that respect comes sharing

 

Sharing

For we also are a sharing kind

For you humans often find a sickness coming on

We the Standing Ones belong in the Realm of Healers

For many of your medicines come from us

 

Get Out of Your Car

Yes, ladies and gentlemen healers we are

Get out of your car and go for a walk among us

And as you wander among our species

Trace your hand along our bark

And we will impart healing energies to you

And also, if you can take a moment or two sit at the base of our trunk

For we have so much to share with you

All you need to do is take some time stay a while

Listen to the silence

Refresher Course

Yes, my dear that’s the beat of your heart

Now we would like to start a refresher course with you

When you view a forest view it with the healing capacities that it has

For we are more than just lumber

Now ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, and those in between we need to let you in on another secret As Stone People although you are aware we share similar properties, but unlike you we cannot communicate with you, as in even if we did you do not hear our call

We communicate through electrical impulses, through vibration

Get out of Your Shoes

As in you are not even on the beginning stair of recognizing that we are communicating with you

We could try to shout, but that’s not what this is about

What we would suggest to you is that you get out of your shoes

For the shoes are a blockage to us

Now moccasins on the other hand do not block, do you understand

For moccasins the traditional kind are made of hide

And therefore, a hide and your hide coincide

And therefore, we can communicate directly to you, do you understand

For the Land it is true has lots to tell you

Once again all you need to do is walk in quiet, pay attention

Let your tension go

Listen Through Your Feet

And make a concerted effort to listen through your feet

Now many of you would like to listen through your feet, but you treat this as being a silly suggestion for you have been taught you can only listen through your ears

 My dears we could make a career out of changing your perception

For your feet have abilities beyond your wildest imagination

They are not just what keeps you upright, they are not what keeps you steady, they are also a communication device, only of course if you are ready to allow your feet to engage

Now the Standing Ones, yes, my dears we are still around

Think about it, our feet or our roots have shoots that go in and around the Stone People

For we communicate through stones, we communicate through trees, we all communicate together
