Sacred Promise

 Cast of Characters

The Waters surge around thee

They call out to each and every one of thee

See us as individuals

And see us on mass

We are a cast of characters

For each water droplet that drops on the Land, you need to understand is an individual, when it lands on the Land

Now when all the water droplets land on the Land and they join together, they become One

Do you understand

 

Group Think

It is what you would refer to as Group Think

Therefore, think of it this way, each droplet you can give it a name

But once each one of those named droplets, land on the Land, they join together

Do you understand

And each named droplet, when they join together, the names disappear, and they become One

 

Calling Card

But each water droplet has a role

It is like a calling card so to speak

And the first calling card or the first droplet seeks to open wide, the slide of the rest of the water droplets, the leader per say

But once all of those water droplets, come down and land on the Land you need to understand they get together

And once they are together, they are as One, leader, as well as the rest

 

Purpose

We the Sky People can attest that each Water Droplet has a role, but each water droplet’s role is not better or worse, but each water droplet has a purpose

And that is to reach the Earth

Some may reach it right away, some may display a hesitancy, and instead of reaching the Land they reach the sea do you see

But once they reach the sea, as you can see, they become One

 

Balance of Sorts

Water, water, everywhere, yet not a drop to drink

We the Water Spirits of the Earth, want you to think what is our purpose, what is our plan

We the Water Spirits of the Land want you to understand, we watch you carefully, we watch your ways

A we see there is a need to display a greater balance of sorts

For we see that parts of the land are parched

And then again parts of the land are overcome with water

We understand that you people of the Land, want to see opportunities for your sons, and your daughters and those in between

For you are seeing a change in the Water Table, you are seeing a change in the weather

Well, my dears we the Water Spirits of the Land, want you all to understand, it is time to take a conscious effort to think about how you use water

For although it may seem there is plenty of water to go round, many of you know different

 

In Your Hands

For the water you drink as many of you are aware, seems to just come out of the tap and just go down the sink without a care

Well, we the Water Spirits of the Land want you to understand the purity of that water is in your hands

Yes, the Land and the Plants can do their part, to help to filter out much of what some how gets in the water

What we are referring to is what is put in the water or what the water runs through

For as you put things down the drain, do you wait a moment and remain thoughtful about what goes down the drain, or do you just put it down the drain

 

Another Water Source

What we the Water Spirits are saying to you, let’s review, if you put an item down the drain which is not of a natural source, be well aware let’s all declare it does go somewhere

As in it continues down the drain, to another water source

Now of course for much of you, let’s review, it’s like putting your garbage out at the end of the road, once it’s gone you start a new episode

As in, once it’s gone, it’s out of sight out of mind

Now we the Spirits of the Water, want you to be more inclined to think about what you put down the drain, for it does not remain in the drain, it leaves the drain, it ebbs and flows

And where does it go, to a water source

 

The Sink

Now for those of you who are still trying to consider the sink

Put it another way consider the sink like your throat

What goes down the sink what you swallow, may disappear, but then again it will reappear in a different way

 

Holding Moisture

The mists of time are inclined to consider this

For upon the Land, we want you to understand, there are ways of holding moisture

The Standing Ones can attest to this

For as they persist, there is water in the ground

So therefore, my dears my sons and my daughters and those in between, where you are seeing the Standing Ones, the water is there

Now we must declare there is definitely less water where the Standing Ones are no longer

So, as you can see the tree is not just a tree for in many ways it’s like a wick

 

Water Running

We also want you to understand the more that the land is covered with natural vegetation the more the moisture stays in the ground

Do you hear a sound

That is water running near by

Therefore we are here to say if you discover there comes a day, when water is less plentiful, there is something that you can do

Yes, you can do this, plant a tree

Now we the Spirits of the Tree want you to see it can not be any old tree, it needs to be a species of that Land

Do you understand

Because each area of Land is species specific

Therefore, understand that the land knows, understand that the Standing Ones know where they are to go

Although many of you feel you know, be well aware, what has always lived there, has been there for a purpose

You may try to transplant a species that does not belong

And you will discover along the way the song that you hear is not one you want to

Therefore, my dears let’s be clear, the Land knows what belongs, the Standing Ones do too

 

Precious Resource

Now some of you have discovered through as the temperature rises, so does another force

And of course, what do you need to put this force down

But a precious resource called water

 

What Can You Do

Water is spiritual water is your friend

But then again

When you have too much water in a place it doesn’t belong, you sing a different song

For this water does not belong in this Song of Life

So, what can you do

 

Sacrifice

What can you do little old you

Well the Spirits of the Water are here to say, it’s about sacrifice on each and every day

Sacrifice you say we’ve been there already

We are not ready to display another form of sacrifice

That isn’t nice

 

Use Less

What do you mean by sacrifice

We the Water Spirits want you to understand the way you have been treating water and the Land needs to change

We don’t ask for much

We are just suggesting that you use less

For the excess that goes down the drain, just the same, you don’t keep track of you don’t name, just the same

How hard would it be

To try to see how much we use

What we would suggest is you use slightly less and that for many of you might refer to as sacrifice

 

To Remain

Now many of you, let’s review, are already sacrificing so much, for the water you receive is like a droplet

What we are suggesting is share and share a like

For the Water Spirits are suggesting to you, each one of you has a role, each one of you has a name, but your purpose is the same, and that purpose is to allow water especially potable water, to remain

 

What You Discard

Now back to the drain my dears

It would appear just as we fear, there are many things that go down the drain that do not belong

They do not belong in the Song of Life

The lakes the rivers the oceans, would all like to sing the Song of Life

But many of them are striving hard

Hard to regard what’s coming through

Therefore, my dears the Water Spirits would like you to consider, what you discard in your yard, what you discard on the street

Let’s complete the cycle; where do you think it goes

Let’s see, a water droplet lands on the Land, followed by many others,

As a stream develops it picks up things on it’s path, and as those things are carried, they are married with the water

 

More Than You Can See

Some of them float some of them sink

And then you think where do they go

In many cases the water will not show you

Until of course they do

And once the water starts showing you, you can be rest assured there is more than you can see

Do you understand

We the Water Spirits ask of one thing

Consider your actions are they part of the Grand Plan

And is this Grand Plan a part of the Song of Life

 

Reality of Situation

The Water Spirits want you to understand, they know you are a Land based people

They understand, you live on the Land, you live by the water

They understand you use the water for many purposes

All we would suggest is a simple request sacrifice a little

This is not meant to be an imposition

This is meant to be a Sacred Promise

A promise that you will do all that you can to keep the water in balance, to keep the water as part of the Song of life

Yes, my dears we the Water Spirits, we want to make it perfectly clear, we’re not asking for much; we are just asking you to be in touch with the reality of the situation

That’s all

 

Life Producing

Droplets, droplets, droplets everywhere

They are all very willing to share

To share the wealth, to share the healing properties, to share the lifegiving source

And of course, we the Water Spirits of the Land understand, we are necessity, we are life producing

 

When We Display Our Presence

We are soft, we are gentle, we are smooth, we are powerful, we are endless, we are temporary, we are frozen, we are feather like, we dance through the air, we fall with a thud

And yet we trickle we flow

We drip we drop

We hiss

We kiss the Earth with Life

We are lifegiving, we are powerful

We are endless, we are temporary

We are subtle, we are overbearing

We are warm and inviting, we are harsh and biting

Yes, my dears we want to make it perfectly clear, there are so many ways to describe us

As wanted, unwanted

It depends on the day, when we display our presence

But in essence we are just the same, individual droplets of water with a common cause

 

A Feathery Touch

We are the Life Blood of the Earth

We are a necessary element

Each day we come we come in a different form

We have been blessed we have come in excess

Some of you receive us feel forlorn, some of you who receive us feel torn, some of you who receive us feel happy and jubilant, some of you who receive us feel sad and blue, some of you who receive us want more and more, some of you who receive us ask where are the oars, some of you who receive us want to play in our snow, some of you who receive us want us to pleased just go, some of you who receive us achieve great heights, some of you who receive us feel just a light feathery touch

This touch of Life Blood on the Earth, is meant for each one of you equally

So, enjoy our presence, take us as you can

For we may land on the Land or in the water

But know we will always be there, but where is the question

 

Blessed is the water, blessed is the Land
