A Gift of Love

 Thirst

Quiet the ground, listen to the sound

Do you hear the rumble, do you hear the beat

Do you see others competing, they want to be the first in line

But if danger is about, if protection is the name of the game, they will restrain their need to be first

For the thirst for family togetherness is number One

Stand Their Ground

The Circle is devised

Within the Circle the young and the weak

At the edge of the Circle the strong and the wary

Adults carry this responsibility with them

For when danger is in the air, they do not scare, they stand their ground

And as they stand their ground, they feel the vibration of other footsteps around

And that vibration reverberates, round and round the Circle

Calling

So, in no time at all we have the same Calling

We have each other’s back, we are ready for the attack

We the Bison of the Land want you to understand we may be massive in size, but within our eyes, we have a deep love for family, we have a deep love for each other

And when we stand in a Circle we stand as One

For we declare, we are all there

We share the responsibility of protection

We stay the course, no matter what

Dig in Our Heals

Smell the air

Do you smell an aroma, do you smell a fear

Or would it appear you, smell something else

Do you feel a vibration, do you know it’s true

That vibration is beating down upon you

Are you ready for it, will you stand your ground

Or is this a different sound a welcoming one

We train our ears to understand whether it’s time to cheer, or whether it’s time to dig in our heals

Hold Out

As we walk across the Land in search for Water, bringing with us our sons and our daughters

How long can we hold out

We see the steam arising, we see the mist fall

We call on our Dreams, we call on our Visions

And envision a vision of Water, deep and plentiful

We are led by our feet, we are led by our nose

And last of all it is our eyes, that are finally exposed to the truth

Share the News

Once we see it in all reality, we share the news with the youth

Our parched tongues, lap in the luxury of moisture

Once we have taken our fill, we allow others to enter

Once we all have taken our fill, we slowly sink down and roll in it

Scout

We are in control, we know the dangers

For there is a Scout watching nearby

For by and by we all carry our own roles

That way, we are not left exposed

Water Equally for All

As for water, as for water to drink, do you all think it should be there equally for all

If that is the case, we the Bison of the Land want you to understand, many of you need to cut back

If you want to make Water Equality a thing for all, we the Bison of the Land want you to understand, we call your names

For it is within your names we would like to explain, we are Water Watchers

And as Water Watchers we see a diminishing source

Spare Every Drop

But as all sources go, they are our resource

A resource of necessity, a resource of survival

Some of you see Water, as an endless supply

But by and by, there are those who live in scarcity

And for those who live in scarcity, you only then see, the true value of Water

For when it is hardly ever there, you spare every drop

For those who to care to listen, for those who care to keep this in mind, we are inclined to suggest for those who have Water whenever they need it, conserve it, treat it with respect

For having Water is an aspect, that is not common to all

A Gift

We the Bison of the Land want you to understand, your respect for the Water is seen worldwide

For as you slide into Water Consciousness, the Earth will thank you, your body as well

For being able to drink at a leisurely rate, is a gift that many can only possibly ever anticipate

Purity

For to some although Water is a necessity, it is given reluctantly, for the purity of Water is not assured

So careful swallowing, careful ingesting, is requested by those who are not sure

It may look pure, but perhaps it’s not

You have been brought to a location that is hot and dry, and by and by thirst is grabbing at your Soul

Is it your goal is to check and see whether it’s drinkable, or is it you goal to do the unthinkable and that is drink blindly

Ebb and Flow

We the Bison of the Land want you to understand, as Water Watchers we understand the ebb and the flow

And for some of us the Water does just that, it goes away

For some of us the Water is so plentiful, we ask it not to stay, for our house are deep in it, so are our trees

We the Bison of the Land want you to understand, how much it rains perhaps you can explain, or how much it no longer rains, it’s dry as a bone

Can you alone explain that

Share With All

We the Bison of the Land want you to understand, although there is inequity in those who can drink or not, we were brought up with the concept of share with all

Share with the large and the small

So, we call on all Earth Beings, share your drinkable Water, make it a fact of life

For Water is Life

Roles

As we stand our ground, when we hear a dangerous sound, we collect our thoughts, we agree on many

We stand facing out

We wait, we watch, we anticipate; will they choose to come this way, or will they decide they’re too late

When the danger has passed and we have cast an agreement all round, the Circle is broken movement occurs

Time to eat, time to regurgitate

Time to lie down, time to stand tall

Each one of us has a Calling, each one of us knows our role

Do you know yours, beyond who you are

Are you a Star, are you a standout from the crowd

Or have you not been allowed to be the Star

Are you quiet, are you pensive

Are you angry, and let the world know

Or do you show a welcoming nature and see who each person is

Remember Family

Are you whizz in certain areas and blind to others

We the Bison of the Land want you to understand, yes, it’s important to discover yourself

But it’s also important to remember family, remember your connections

For it is within family that there is a Circle

Those that are newly born, those that have moved away

Those who have passed away, those who have chosen to stay

Those you agree with, those you don’t

We the Bison of the Land want you to understand, your family connection is always there

A Necessity

We the Water Watchers, would like to declare as a Family Connection is always there, the need for Water we would like to declare, is also always there, you can’t do without it, it is a necessity

So, for all families out there, who share with each other or not, will discover the need for Water is always

The need for Water is like the Love of a family member

So, embrace Water in your family

For Water is part of your family, know it is true

For it is in all of you

Don’t you see

It is all of your realities, so treat it with care, share it with each other

And declare Fresh Water is a Necessity for All

A Message

Ripples, ripples, ripples across the Land

These ripples are vibrations, do you understand

Each ripple has a message buried within

Embrace those messages, return them as well

For each ripple reverberates through your shell, each droplet as well

For within each droplet is a cornel

A cornel of what you might ask

A cornel of Love

So, drink with the understanding of what you have been given, a Gift of Love

Take Care

Drink the deliciousness, savor the taste

And do not waste, take care with every drop

What you carry, what you swallow is a precious gift

Receive that gift with respect

Respect

Allow that gift to grow in size

How do I do that, you may ask

Allow trees to grow, allow plants as well

Respect the sources, respect the wells

For they are not endless

They may seem to be huge; they may seem to be massive, but there is an end in sight

Keep your eyes on those who don’t have

How can you find a way to share

Spread the Wealth

Be a Water Watcher, find a way

And help to declare, Water Watchers everywhere

For as we carry Water with us each and every day, we display our worth

As in our worth is equal, our worth is fluid

So as an equal of another, perhaps you could discover, how to spread the wealth
